While I'm on the subject of beautiful books I thought I would show
you one of my favourites. I picked it up and just had to buy it. I
t's pure cosy, winter heaven with beautiful styling from Lynsey

So I was having a browse through my friends books the other afternoon and
couldn't believe that I hadn't seen this book before...when I got home though,
I realised that I had seen Anita Kaushal's work before and had a couple of
times browsed in her webshop. Her book inspired me as it is very beautiful
and is all about happy, healthy family life. It's not surprising that it is one of
my friend Huldas favourite books!
Anita Kaushal is a product and interior designer, writer and art director. Here
are some inspiring pictures from her family lifestyle series of books for
Thames and Hudson and a recent feature that she did in Daily Mail's
Bright, happy walls...
These beautiful Inke vintage wallpaper birds are created from
vintage wallpaper, they are a limited edition and are available
from Supernice at Not on the Highstreet
I discovered Isak's website from Emmas design blog,
which I must say is one of the best design blogs out there...

'The London Collection' by Lizzie Allen was inspired by A.A.
Milnes poem. 'Changing Guards at Buckingham Palace' is a
whimsical scene f uniformed guards marching in front of her
majesty's palace. Available in 'Spring' or 'Autumn Gold'.
Even though we have freeeeezing weather at the moment, it's bright
and sunny which makes me look forward to the warm seasons ahead.
I can't wait for beach bar-b-ques, lazy summer evenings, iced coffees
and the list goes on... So here are some cute, happy wall decorations
that may brighten up your day if its not so sunny where you are...
